Glenn came out to us to fix our fridge which failed on arrival, I was expecting to spend 2 weeks struggling without the fridge but no Glenn was able to fix it in less than 30 minutes and our holiday is back on track. Glenn is amazing, a nice guy and brilliant with caravans, can’t recommend him enough.

I’d love to have been able to submit a glowing review, however, on arriving at our site on Tuesday, we found out that a number of our electrical circuits weren’t working, most importantly the water pump. Probably just a fuse issue or such, but not having access to a circuit tester, I couldn’t confirm. I was given 2 contacts off the site owner and left a concise text on the mobile number. Prime Caravan care was recommended for the First year warranty service on our Elddis touring caravan. Saving a long trip to the main dealer in Yorkshire. Glenn attended our home address. He was knowledgable, well equipped and very professional. During his work, he took great care not leave a mark on our drive or caravan, On completion, I was provided a full report in accordance with Elldis warranty requirements. Very satisfied and now a returning customer, the second year is already booked.
