Glen at Prime was absolutely superb. He was the only mobile engineer to respond to my urgent request for help and, despite being very busy, he made time the same day to repair our failed Alde heating system… and save our caravan holiday. He was friendly, highly knowledgeable, swift and skilled, and was able to give us useful tips as well. Cannot praise him too highly. Would award 6 stars rather than 5 if that were possible!

Glenn came out to us to fix our fridge which failed on arrival, I was expecting to spend 2 weeks struggling without the fridge but no Glenn was able to fix it in less than 30 minutes and our holiday is back on track. Glenn is amazing, a nice guy and brilliant with caravans, can’t recommend him enough.
