After receiving a detailed interior cleaning, I noticed that the dial cover for my vehicle settings had been vacuumed off and was missing. I reported it immediately. At the time, no manager was present, and I was told they would check the vacuum traps and follow up. The response I later received from the manager was disappointing. Never have an issue with the exterior clean but both times I have opted for the internial clean, it's always terrible. Dust everywhere which means they didn't even wipe it. Easy to reach areas still have easy to lift crumbs. Highly encourage you only to the exterior clean if you come here.
Brayden, Greg, Sam & Silas & Christian have always taken amazing care of my cars. The Westfield location is amazing. I drive out of my way to visit this location along with Michigan Road because they do such a phenomenal job
First time to Prime in Westfield. Got my carpet cleaned. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The girl that helped me (Olivia?) was great! Also had an opportunity to meet Brian. Super welcoming and cordial. Thank-you!
Almost every time I go thru here I have to either go again or pull over and wipe my vehicle down myself, had them dry it and streaked up my whole vehicle. Now as of Feb 1st they raised their prices by $3. If you want to raise your prices, give something in return like a clean vehicle the first time thru. People are very nice but just rush you thru. Back of my vehicle is always still dirty. They have one person spraying only the driver's side of the vehicle, what about the other side? Still better than Crew only because Crew ... read more
