Came to Prime Car Wash for a car wash in hopes to get fresh tar off my truck. Since I have never been there i had no idea about any of their services other than that they were a car wash. They told me exactly what i need to do for best results and I was told they would try to get it all off for me. I had my doubts to be honest, 20 minutes later and they had my truck spotless and i couldn't be more happy. Oh and the customer service was fantastic, Great people to deal with!
I had an unlimited membership with prime prior to this incident. On June 4, 2025 I visited this location and my rear wiper was completely snapped off. Not just the blade, the entire arm was snapped and a new blade can’t be put back on. One thing I’ve noticed about Prime compared to other drive through car wash locations is that they do not provide any protection to rear wipers.
