I’m pretty disappointed with the interior clean I got today, they left their cleaning bottle in my car and also left the Matt’s up in the air instead of pushing them down. I had a pair of shoes on one Matt in the back and instead of moving them they just didn’t clean that Matt at all. They also didn’t throw away the trash I had in my car which I feel like is expected when you pay to get it cleaned out. They also left standing water in my cup holders.
I got the pro wash and interior cleaning today and was a bit disappointed. I don’t expect full detail level cleaning, but was hoping for all windows to be wiped down and surfaces vacuumed. I have a long hair dog and honestly wasn’t even expecting the vacuuming to get all the hair, just help. After picking up my car, the cargo area looked untouched from even a quick vacuum and though the side windows were cleaned, the front and rear windshields still had obvious large smudges making it seem like they had also been untouched. ... read more
Great results every time. Waiting area is nice/clean, and staff is friendly. I do wish the wheels came out better, but understand wheels are a pain.
Prime has always kept the Caddy looking brand new, this is a 2018.
