Not user friendly for new customers. I paid for Pro but was not directed or guided to the towel dry, while bright, etc services. There are no signs or workers to ask after you exit the exterior cleaning. So confusing and depressing.
I asked them to vacuum my trunk because a plant spilled in my trunk. They told me my car was finished, I asked did they vacuum my trunk the guy said yes. I opened my trunk and they had only vacuum the pile that was right in the middle of my trunk. They've been going downhill and I pay monthly for two cars. I'm going to try crew.
