We have a GT13C which we bought new from Prime Adelaide. Our salesman was Corey. After first use there were a few things that needed attention, we took the van back to Prime after making a booking, and Corey has been our contact and has been great in keeping us informed and making sure the job is getting done. I would not recommend buying a van from them they don't ring back and 2 years on we have serious unresolved issues they have had our van for 2 months and now shut for 4 weeks over Christmas no camping holiday for us

**Update Im sorry, it seems that i have not received any of your correspondence regarding my request for a full refund for your defective camper. Unreasonable expectations? I fail to see how buying a camper that reflected what you advertised is unreasonable, yet expecting the customer to just 'deal with it' is compleley reasonable!
