Purchased a PTX16 from Prime at Brendale Queensland in Dec 2023. We have had a few trips away without and major problems. We have a couple of little teething problems but the crew at Prime have been great. They have always been very friendly , helpful and easy to deal with. We love our PTX16.

I love my camper. It has multiple areas for storage, it's spacious and has all the qualities and features of other brands in the market. Best feature to Prime campers is the price and awesome service.
In response to your reply to my first review, the Office of fair trading informed us that they were unable to get you, prime campers, to mediation with us and said we would need to contact QCAT. QCAT were unable to get Prime Campers to even attend a hearing so the next step is court. Research and choose a reputable company for reliable support.
