Phillipp provided excellent service in obtaining a business licence through thoughtful negotiation with the regional district as well as recommending trades to carry out the work. I would recommend Prime Building Design to anyone in the North Okanagan.

We engaged Prime Building Design to prepare architectural drawings for a deck and roof extension on our house. The designs were very helpful for the preparation of the structural engineering drawings that followed and resulted in quick turnaround with the City of Kamloops for the building permits required. We would like to thank Prime Building Designs for their expertise and quick production of the architectural drawings.
Prime Design was fabulous. In the initial meeting we outlined our desire to update the house (built in the 1970’s), Phillip and his team listened, understood and provided detailed drawings which were exactly as we had described …the first time! They provided the name of a contracter who made the vision come to life and we just could not be happier. Thank you Prime Design!
