new system wouldn’t allow to pay over phone or through a link so we had to drive 1 1/2 hours to pay for materials. Secondly I guess they don’t notify you when materials are ready , and expect you to read their minds . Had to call each time for them to say “oh yea it’s ready for pick up” . They also wouldn’t add an ag exemption to an order that wasn’t even paid for yet due to some system issues. Literally the reason we went there. Jesse and John up front are great guys and do an amazing job handling my metal component needs EVERY time! I highly recommend them! The guys in the shop and yard always do a great job getting me loaded up nice and smooth so I can get to work! Thank you PRIME for an amazing experience always!
I ordered metal on Monday this week they said it would be ready in a couple of days I already paid for it over $2,000 call them today guy said he didn't turn in my order he was new and forgot he said they just stuck him in there to figure it out not good had to put off my workers till next week
Great company easy to work with. Johnny was terrific.
