They are a good cleaning company, did the bond cleaning for my unit in a share house. Arrived on time and where efficient. I was happy with the service that they provided.
I’ve used a few different cleaning companies over the years, and Prime Bond Cleaning is by far the best. The cleaners were friendly, efficient, and they made sure every detail was taken care of. My landlord was totally satisfied :)
Save your time and money. Do not engage with this cleaner. The quote I was sent was for an unfurnished 3 bedroom townhouse at nearly $700 but the cleaners got there and reported that my unit was in such a state that it would cost an additional $500 to clean. extremely bad unorganized lot. worst experience ever had. so firstly we booked fri. rang day morning of reschedule do on sun which was extremely annoying for us but giving us short notice would choice we have. so left keys in laundry. open arriving at property they called us to say there was gonna extra cleaning charge of almost $400. 50% on top initially quote which we gave them all info they needed. dont think looked at it cared. pretty they do this put you in hard spot being last days of lease. and giving you no time. so ... read more
Had reached out to enquire on the services offered and price for an end of lease bond clean, very friendly, and responsive replies. Due to a change in circumstances, I had to cancel their services but they had been great in providing a quick reliable response, will definately consider in the future.
