Yolk is an amazing powerlifting coach and it’s such a nice community
I’ve received the best support throughout my pregnancy from Sara as my prenatal coach. She’s been nothing but amazing. I don’t know how consistent nor how confident I would be in my body if I didn’t have a coach that kept me accountable and also guide me in preparing my body for birth but also have vitality with a changing body throughout this season. I believe that being on top of my fitness and my health with Sara’s help has made a tremendous difference in my first pregnancy because it has been an amazing journey.
