Had a great experience with Prime Bath! Bill was very straightforward and gave me an excellent deal with no pressure. The installers Herb and Adam were professional, friendly, and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. Super happy with how everything turned out—highly recommend!
They were very nice. I couldn't ask for anyone else to do this. They were very considerate of us and themselves. The shower stalk is extremely great. They did an extremely great job. They were very nice to our little dog also. I would extremely refer them to anyone who would need a new shower or tub or both.
Prime bathes crew was very kind and respectful of our home and space. They did AMAZING work on the shower. They kept our doors closed to ensure our cats would not escape and for all those reasons I feel they did great. However, I think prime bath could do better with communication. The sales rep Jaurice was very kind but for sure oversold the process. He said he would be available for any and all questions.
