I called and scheduled an appointment with Ivan (amazing barber) since he's done my hair twice. The guy on the phone confirmed it, but when I got there Ivan wasn't even working and the phone guy set up the cut with him. The appointment took 2 HOURS, which was the longest haircut I've ever had in my life, and he DIDN'T EVEN CUT MY HAIR. I wanted the top shorter, which I said at least 3 times during the cut and he just refused to trim the top. I called and got in the same day with Ivan, which was really awesome! He was very friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. It's been a while since I've gone to a professional so I was a bit nervous, but he quickly put me at ease. Loved the haircut and felt like he went above and beyond for a very reasonable price! I plan on making Prime my default barber!
