Do not do business with this guy. I rented from him in the past. He lies dose not maintain the rental property. He steals deposit money from renters. He make his own phony repair bills to charge renter on move out. I live in the apartment with no trash bin for months at a time. The building is infested with roaches, bed bugs, and other pests.
