Seem like really nice guys, and judging by the other positive reviews, this might be a one off. I recently had a pretty terrible experience. Somehow they wedged the centering ring on backwards. This made the lugs on the wheels unable to be torqued down. Luckily I was able to pull over before my wheel fell off. Not sure how you don’t notice it’s on backwards in the first place since one side has a lip. I had to pry it off with a mallet and a screwdriver.

Literally one of the best experiences I have ever had at a automotive shop! They were able to take my car in on short notice all while treating me with such kindness and compassion! They found a major leak in my vehicle and promptly fixed the issue. They even took the time to show me the difference in the new parts and the old parts that they replaced in my car, which is something I have never experienced! Pricing was also phenomenal as well! The Prime Automotive team is awesome! They are exactly what one would want and expect from a local auto mechanic's shop. Transparent in their communications, trustworthy and understanding of their customer's need to possibly pick and choose work to be done now and what can wait a bit (to save the wallet).

Very thorough and honest. Joe and Ray diagnosed and fixed the issue and recommended other repairs that may need addressing in the future.
