This review is based upon the customer service received by James Mustard and Edward Davis. Both the customer service and mechanical craftsmanship are SUPERIOR.
Really appreciate the level of professionalism and attention to detail made by this shop. They already had all of my information from the insurance company prior to my call. They completed all repairs in less than one week. They even detailed the interior and exterior of my car prior to returning it to me. I highly recommend.
Great people and attention to customer service
Leon is a godsend! I got involved in a hit and run and he was able to soothe my anxiety, fix my car with a quickness and help me feel fully confident about the future of my time in my car. He is so caring, honest, and truly makes you feel like a friend which is not common in this line of business. I would highly recommend Leon and Sonya to anyone in need of an auto body shop in the LA area! They are simply the best!
The team at Prime did an amazing job repairing my car after I had an accident, well worth the very reasonable price. Everyone was incredibly professional through the process, and special shoutout to Sonia who was so kind and helpful!
