I made the biggest mistake when I came here to this dealership. I always check my own awareness on businesses. I should have done more with this dealer. I got a vehicle from this dealer and within 3 days I began having issues. I never drove the vehicle home due to ice and snow on the road. I had the salesman to take me home. During the drive, I knew something was wrong with the steering wheel being not centered. I asked Harvey why and he said it may be the motion of the snow and ice on the wheels. I want to share my story so I can help someone or save you the trouble. I recently purchased a vehicle on February 23, 2026 and had to get it towed on February 24, 2026 and was informed that my engine was blown.. they blamed me and said i had blown the engine and wanted me to replace it . They would not put me in a vehicle until my car got fixed or even try to put me in a new vehicle. I was told it was nothing they can do ! So now I’m stuck! Such a good experience. Mark was a great guy and got me and my fiance in a nice car. Ive worked in and around dealerships for a long time and everyone especially mark was very nice and he did the absolute of getting us this car. I rate 5 stars definitely going back for our next vehicle
Adarius is such a cool dude and I enjoyed hanging out with him for the day. I don’t have the best credit and have had repos in the past, so I knew what I was getting into. I still ended up getting a nice truck with payments that are reasonable. When I was getting ready to leave, I ended up locking the keys in my new truck, and mark called the shop foreman and he came back within 10 mins and unlocked the truck.
