Took my car to prime auto for a trans flush and oil change. Luis is very knowledgeable and professional had me in and out very quick. I would recommend prime auto for your car maintenance
I brought my 2020 GMC Denali 6.2L in for a transmission service and oil change a few months ago. I’m almost due for another oil change so I sent a sample off to have an oil analysis done on it. When I received the results they stated the oil that was in the truck was a 10W-40 oil and not the factory recommended 0W-20 oil that I specifically clarified to Prime they use, and should have been a no brainer for them.
