They have been taking care of my vehicles for years. Always honest and straight forward. Quick turn around too. Just got my transmission done on my dodge ram and it shifts like a dream. Thank you for my old man back. I would HIGHLY recommend. They DONT get over on women. You don’t have to bring a man, they are VERY honest.
I was recommended by Grease Monkey to come see Israel about a state inspection. I have also had work done on a couple of vehicles and the price was more than fair for their honest work. My mom reused to drive her truck after getting new tires replaced because she heard a noise and thought the rear brakes went bad. She took it to Prime and told me they found all the lug nuts loose (her premonition not to drive was spot on) and did not charge her anything. She had wanted an alignment and had them do it. Yes this is the right location don’t believe the reply! Do not recommend. They aren’t truthful! prime messed up my car and used crappy used parts when they charge you for new parts. We have receipts and have been here many times. They kept fixing issues THEY caused. We’ve taken 2 cars here and will not be coming back again. They gave us a used junk part and even used zip ties to hold it. I have proof!
They fixed each of the problems quickly and gave me updates on what was happening. Very kind customer service.
