You dont chastise a customer for not calling you with an issue. When they called and left an email Then called twice after and you ignore their call. The vehicle has been a love hate. Fits our needs perfect. But is one of the biggest pieces of junk. All these problems have been pre existing. You might want a new mechanic group look at your vehicles. We just had wanted you to know about the issues. Being a jerk about it. This is what you get for a review

These guys are a blast to work with. Super communicative and pricing is great. Additionally, they were able to provide me information such as CarFax reports upon request which I found very valuable. Highly recommend!
We thought we got a good deal on a used car from them, but after one month I had to bring it in to the Nissan dealership since it wasn’t running right. I had called prime auto and they said they would get back to me and never heard from them. Soooo that’s a bummer. They only gave me a one month warranty, so that’s suspicious. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car here.
