You dont chastise a customer for not calling you with an issue. When they called and left an email Then called twice after and you ignore their call. The vehicle has been a love hate. Fits our needs perfect. But is one of the biggest pieces of junk. All these problems have been pre existing. You might want a new mechanic group look at your vehicles.
