great price, low pressure sales and love my new car!
The brothers that run Prime Auto Group treated me very well. They had no obligation to help me after the sale since I didn't buy the warranty, but they went out of their way to get me the help I needed anyway. They showed photos of crash damage at my request, prior to the sale, and seem to be an honest bunch. They also helped me arrange financing.
Blocked me after reasonable first offer on a TOTAL LOSS SALVAGE TITLE truck of theirs. Edit to their reply: Funny as it was 7k not 10k but hey whatever you need to say to back pedal and make yourselves look better. And kinda hard to have a discussion when I only sent 1 message with an offer for 30k (not chump change) and got a reply from your employee Phillip saying "Deal" then proceeds to block me. 😂
Fantastic experience buying a car from Prime Auto Group. Philip was incredibly professional. Vehicle was exactly as described. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
They were upfront, and shared photos of my 2021 f150 front end damage prior to repair (resulting in a previously salvaged title). The price was reflective of the salvaged title, and the truck was fixed properly, and shows zero signs of having been repaired. It was a 4 hour drive for me to get down to their dealership. I would 100 percent have no issue with buying from them again. Got a good deal on a great looking and driving truck!
