My father booked an appointment here to fix a broken front spring on my car. He made an agreement that this would also include a wheel alignment as it seems like common sense that a wheel alignment should be done after front suspension work. I brought my golf in a while back, and it had almost no oil. They performed an oil change and charged me for it. They were right to do so as driving any further with as little oil as I had was gonna be bad. Their expertise and experience most likely saved my engine. I stopped in today and asked about my oil light being on after a recent oilpan replacement. I brought my car into the shop in May after it had completely lost power and shut off on me after fuelling up. I had explained the situation to them, I had told them about the squealing sounds it made at times and that it made awful noises when turning on the air inside. I bought a rims and tires for my 2018 honda civic. This includes lug nuts, tpms and balancing. It took 7hrs for me to wait for there call, they said it will take 4hrs but it didnt happen. I came back to pick it up and hoping all is good based on the price i paid. First they did not put a TPMS on my tires, second They were nice when i inquire but after the order was made the approach is opposite (not satisfying).
