Rude and disrespectful managers. I understand there is a pandemic going on. However, when all the pools in your community are open but this association decides it is not "a priority" to open the pool, something that the owners pay for monthly for, there is a problem. When asked about receiving some type of fee break the manager stated" It was the county's suggestion not ours to open". Complete garbage. I was a tenant in a building that they are the management company for. Incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the duration. Specifically calling out Mike Mitchell - he is not helpful in resolving issues and contradicts himself constantly. For example, they have a 'process' that is required to be followed for move-outs. It states that the party sends a $500 check to be deposited and then a new check will be issued for refund. They were adamant that I send the check per their process. Turns out... read more

Horrible nasty company. Money hoarders. They are rude curt unprofessional. Almost vermin like nasty people. They have zero regard for their residents. Thieves. They don’t want to repair anything after their contractors break things on people’s property. All of a sudden things become resident’s responsibility. They are petty and I hope each individual in that company suffers. Especially the president of prime association. Someone needs to vote her down immediately.

Horrible company to employ as your HOA management. They walk around the community harassing owners as they pass by, telling them they have to fix a,b,c or we’re going to be charged. These are brand new homes. Less then 6mo old. They are making things up as they go to get money out of us until we can hire a new company.
