I discovered Prime Air Duct Cleaners through a Google search because we needed the chimney in our new home cleaned. The two young men who arrived were outstanding! They not only cleaned our chimney, but they also reattached and secured the liner. They noticed dust coming out of an air vent as they were packing to leave. We already knew we needed the ducts cleaned, and they were able to do so during the same visit! They discovered mold in the air ducts and thoroughly cleaned them. This company comes highly recommended by me.
We love Prime Air Duct Cleaners! Their customer service is the best, they’re honest and they have saved the day for us so many times! Ask for Joe when you set up your appointment! He was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable and we appreciated how he explained things in terms anyone can understand. I’m embarrassed to say that we ended up locking ourselves out of the house along with him trapping all of his tools and keys inside but he handled it so well and turned out to be an amazing conversationalist!
I was able to schedule an appointment relatively quickly with Prime Air Duct Cleaners since my air ducts were blowing dirt out onto my furniture. They were on time, courteous, and professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do, what were my options, and how pricing would work. They did a great job at a reasonable price, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone!
Great service. The technician was on time and finished within his estimated time frame. He explained the process before beginning the work and left no dirt or debris when finished. Very friendly and personable. Highly recommended.
