Worst people ever! I paid 57$ for next day shipping for my refund check and they never sent my check until 2 days after they told me it was sent. Everything about them is unprofessional i could go on and on.
This place is a joke! Very bad customer service. When you ask to speak to a manager their to scared to talk to you so they send you to voice mail! I see why they only have a 2 star rating. Terrible company makes unhappy employees!
If I could give this company no stars I would. Completely and totally unprofessional. They charge you late charges when you pay your bills on time and your loan amount seems to go up when you get close or pay off your bills! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE THIS COMPANY or anyone associated with them. Any company who uses this shady company for loans is not a trustworthy company!!!!!!!!!
