We had a great time at Prime. Drinks were very good, seafood tower was clgreat, and the cavier was superb. New York strip was perfectly cooked and delicious! Had a great time with my buddies here, and will be going again!
Can't understand how this place has a 4.0 rating. Must be from previous management or ownership perhaps. Loved all of it! The beef carpaccio to die for. Best espresso martini I've ever had. I could go on. Not crazy about the rubbery lobster tail. Would pass on that. Definitely recommend sitting by the window at sunset!
It was a great experience! Julio our server was attentive and explained all the dishes/drinks. Food and drinks were so tasty. The sunset view beautiful! Everything we ordered was perfect!!
I was there to celebrate my birthday and Viktoriia went the extra mile with fantastic customer service I will definitely come back and ask for her on my next visit.
Why didn't anyone tell me we had such an experience in our backyard?!? The views from the 11th floor were great. Next visit will be in the cooler season and we'll enjoy an outdoor table with the distant mountain views. The service from Michael - and help from Jose - was top notch. Reading any need in advance, great suggestions and you could see that the entire dining room was being well cared for. We started with cocktails and yellowtail carpaccio. Great starter.
