Before I say anything I admit I have missed appointments in the past due to personal circumstances, today I couldn't make it because my son is unwell at home and have no child care for him I called them at 9am as my appointment was at 12.15 thought maybe they could rearrange and give my appointment to somebody else but instead the receptionist was rude and said no you can't cancel and you will be removed from the practice. Please tell me what was I suppose to do leave my ill child at home unsupervised NO.
Dr Jain has continually provided wonderful care to my whole family. At such a difficult time I'm lucky to be registered here. Always very reassuring and provide the best management and care to me. Very polite staff and very well organised. Thank you Prime team

Thank you Dr Jain and the team for helping me with my dental issue. The pain was immense and after calling the surgery in the afternoon I managed to get an appointment early next morning. Dr Jain was very sympathetic to me when i explained my problem and I found him extremely helpful in the guidance and treatment I received. The reception team were also very helpful and extremely professional. Prime dental will now be my new dental surgery and I will also be recommended family and friends. Thanks again for the support. Fantastic, professional dental practice ! I had a difficult crown procedure , the practice weren’t happy until I was and worked hard to find effective solutions . The end result was absolutely perfect ! I’ve got my smile back and my confidence too ! Highly recommend! Big thanks guys ☑️☑️☑️
