I had an engine light on in my audi The owner James is nice as a person but the problem starts with him opening up the audi & asking for $1000 to fix it. After agreeing to fix it, he replaced a bunch of parts & then realized does not have the right tools/detection to figure out what exactly is the problem. After taking the $1000 bucks & adding an oil change he recommended me to take the car to an audi dealer. Next day the car started leaking oil (never happened before). Really Disappointed. It seems that they are more interested in money then quality. I had some gas smoke problem and they thought its because of the engine light showing and fixed it for 179 (29.99 $ parts 149.99 $ Labor) bucks but same problem next day. Its hard to believe that they they charge 149.99 for labor work. I went to other place to fix it and they said that there was something wrong with the power connection to engine.
The owner is not nice people and so rude. I went there three times to do the oil change and everytime was told need to wait at least 3 hours! Since I already paid 6 oil changes in advance, I don't think I can get a chance to finish the last oil change. I will never come back and not recommend to anybody.
