I ordered cupcakes for my husbands birthday on a Friday to pick up on a Monday. It was a small order and they said they could fulfill it. When I went to pick up my order the place was closed. I called the number on the door 3 times. No one answered so I left disappointed. They finally called me back two hours later, I told them what had happened, he said let me call the guy at the store and then call you back. I never got a call back. Highly disappointed in the lack of care for even a small order.
Honestly, I would not recommend this place at all. We got a number cake for our dad's 60th birthday. Going in, we showed the employee, Abel, a photo of a cake THEY had previously done and told them to replicate it. The cake we got was way smaller than expected, not what we had in mind, and definitely not worth $86. It dried quickly and tasted store-bought, such bad quality. They will not respond. Texts and emails regarding an already placed order will be ignored. You will not get a picture of the design of your cake. The only time they responded was to send their paypal. Not a scam, just really poor communication skills. Abel is a nice guy but good luck communicating with him after you first meet him. No idea how the cake tastes or looks because we cancelled after 2 months of no response from them.
