This pharmacy does not understand or care about people who have mental health problems. They were very uncaring about a person needing a specific medications. They don't understand some people will only take a medication they recognize. I never had this problem with Osmans. I had to have all my stuff transferred to Osmans in Asland. It's worth a 45 minute drive to get good caring friendly service.
Out of state visitor. The office staff was exceptional and got me in same day. Medical assistant very good and thorough. Physician showed no compassion. Walked in stated name and said "what do need or want". Explained symptoms, he examined me and said he would prescribe steroids and cough syrup and you should be fine in few days. Prescriptions will be sent to in house pharmacy. No mention of follow you. He left room. I walked down hallway to front desk _- no copay. Went to pharmacy . A great clinic with excellent doctors, nurses, staff, lab techs, and clinical pharmacy! I will never see anyone else for my PC health needs.
Doctor Bentz is absolutely the nicest doctor I've ever seen, he set with me explaining things and answering questions until actually it was past time for closing, How many doctors would do that especially with a smile lol.
