We live in a world where we are just a number instead of a human being and most of the time an ill human being. Most hospitals and Dr's have forgotten their bedside manners. I must say Cathy Tackett and the staff haven't forgotten their bedside manners. You don't have to wait long in the waiting room, when you call to make an appt you actually speak to a human being and not an answering machine and if you really need to be seen asap they work you in. One single appointment with this practice and a week of my time has been wasted because of D Arthur's failure to communicate. Both nurses I've spoken to in my attempts to find out why I was referred out had bad attitudes and it took a week for someone to even tell me the doctor cannot do what I had requested. This place is a joke.
