Phone Call - I had called looking to schedule my first Dr. appointment in a few years (just got insurance of my own for the first time), I called inquiring about new patient appointments and while the woman on the phone was knowledgeable about availability, she ended the call before I had finished asking the questions I had without even saying goodbye, regardless the answers are right here online so I’m not 100% in the dark BUT I think it would have been nice to have the opportunity to ask the things I needed to.
Update 3/14/23 I do still go to this office but unfortunately, Dr. Bloch is now gone. All of the sudden out of the blue I was called & told that Dr. Bloch was no longer employed at the office & now I would be seeing a Nurse Practitioner at my next appointment. That was it. No explanation at all. It REALLY upset me bc I had been seeing Dr. Bloch for so long & had actually developed a really good patient/doctor relationship. The worst healthcare provider I have ever experienced. They got back to me 2 weeks after I called and we had back and forth calls for 4 weeks. They told me they would ask the nurse about my medication and the nurse never got back to me. Every time they did get back to me, no notes on my file were saved so I was starting from scratch every time. Don’t waste your time with this incompetent provider!
