"My visit to PrimaryOne was a nightmare from start to finish. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional, gossiping with other staff instead of helping patients. I waited almost two hours past my scheduled appointment time, only to be seen by a doctor who clearly didn’t care about my well-being. They were dismissive and didn't listen to my concerns at all. They killed my brother! He had been a heavy smoker for decades and started having respiratory problems. He begged for a chest xray for a year! They refused to order an xray. After a year, he finally got an xray. He had lung cancer filling one of his lungs! He died on 1/25/2021. Thanks for the care, guys! His name was Kenneth Marshall. He would have had a much better chance at life if they had just let him get an xray. I was with him by cell phone when he died in the hospital. My tears haven't stopped.
