Family uses this location. Plenty of parking, friendly & helpful staff. They love their PCP! They provide and strongly encourage of health and safety public practices like sanitizer, and masks when visitors /patients are ill. Not everyone still does this so it was reassuring to see
Primary One is a complete joke. They will have ridiculous wait times, call you back right before they close then hang the phone up. When you call back you will get a clueless after-hours remote receptionist named Carlina repeating herself saying I cant help you, call back tomorrow. Lazy, inconsiderate, & disrespectful for a company receiving government funding. Please consider any other healthcare org. Primary one has to be the worst in central Ohio. The doctors office changed my appointment. Bumped it out another month and a half but won't call in my medicine. I am out of medicine when I did nothing wrong. They keep saying they are sending messages to the provider. 3 weeks later and I still don't have medicine. I call and send messages every day.
I absolutely love this doctor's office they are very nice and respectful if I don't have a ride there they'll will pay for a Lyft to get me there they try to be very resourceful and help out as much as they can.
