Got the MK116 upper from their authorized dealer, and UPS messed up by smashing my package like hell, chipped the handguard, and I reported to PWS, Meghan within a day asked my address, and agreed just sending the damaged handguard, I shipped it out on Wednesday 12/17/2025, and the replacement handguard arrived on 12/24/2025! And that's not their problem, but UPS! To me, PWS is doing what SOLGW is doing! Not like PSA bs Thank you Meghan and Adam!
Have not fired this new upper but fit and finish are lovely pws is my go to for everything my previous purchases same quality just amazing also sales staff I spoke with answered all my questions with deep knowledge of the product they sell fantastic job pws
Worst customer service and lies! Purchased a 14.5" Alpha LT upper from PWS, in October of 2023. PWS guaranteed "Sub MOA accuracy." Over the next 18 months, I returned the upper three times due to very poor accuracy. I'm talking 2" groups or worse, with match ammunition!
