Worst customer service and lies! Purchased a 14.5" Alpha LT upper from PWS, in October of 2023. PWS guaranteed "Sub MOA accuracy." Over the next 18 months, I returned the upper three times due to very poor accuracy. I'm talking 2" groups or worse, with match ammunition! Needed a part for one of their older model AR platforms. Reached out and was contacted back almost immediately. They got the part out to me in less than a week. Top notch product, and top notch service!!!!
Horrible customer service, these people don’t care about the customers buying their products they just look at you as a number, I purchased a rifle online used their discount code they sent me and then ended up canceling my order. Some of the worst gun manufacture I have ever experienced, and here I wanted to support locally. Yeah no thank you, be aware future buyers be aware.
