Louie and Freddie were excellent as the gentlemen who fixed our water leak Feb 2023. They get 5 Stars !!! Louie did an excellent job about 7 weeks later removing large rocks - seeding and filling in the dirt as my property was not stellar when they left due to rain and snow. My basement was left with 6 hours worth of drill dust and my outside edging damaged which I was told by Jeff the manager it would be handled. Needed help with a leaking kitchen sink. The problem came from a bad part in the faucet. Needed replacement. Unfortunately the entrance width is 12” and I am far too big to comfortably and skillfully change myself. They were able to walk me through the availability and pricing. Able to send someone day off, provided updated tracking, project dashboard with invoice and stages link, and tech arrived within the time frame given. Professional and knowledgeable. Competitive pricing for the area. Job well done.

My experience has not been pleasant at all. Have had a water leak at my residence for two months now that caused approximately 15k in damages. Awr and primary water and sewer have failed in every way possible to provide the proper service. It seems it’s excuses after excuses after excuses and no work has been completed. Today I was left waiting and no one showed up or answered the phone calls/messages. Last weeks excuse was that the machine was down.
