I took my kids to Primary Vision Care and our experience there was wonderful. The staff and Dr. were very caring and informative. Unlike other places where you feel like cattle and are rushed out the door.
Great services and didn't have to wait long. I got checked in different machines and my glasses and contacts are perfect.
They are the worst!!! stay away. A whole bunch of girls with attitude, can definitely tell they do not like their jobs. Waiting for my contacts took about 2 months, 1800 contacts is so much better with only 5-7 days shipping.
I hate this place... They are so difficult and hard to work with. I appreciate good service and their customer service sucks...
Did you try the glasses on first? you might of needed to get adjusted to the glasses. How long did you wait? I know when i went to my eye doctor and i left out of ther my vision felt funny and when i got my glasses it felt ne and funny at first. But then i gave it a few days and i was able to see. If not them, who do you recommend then? There are only so many places in the Bronx that take my insurance.
This is a wonderful place to get my vision tested. I went in and they did a full examination on my eyes. Nothing compared to other places i have been too. The Assistant who toke me in was very nice and the doctor who saw me Dr. Williams is wonderful lady. She prides herself with the wonderful people she works with. The choices of Glasses were excellent i chose something i am very proud of wearing and my insurance covered almost everything. This place is truly horrible. My first exam was done by the assistants not the doctor. 2 weeks later, I went to pick up my glasses, but my eye sight had changed dramatically. The front desk assistants are extremely RUDE and unprofessional. I kindly asked to be re-examined because my eye vision changed. The woman turns to another and goes "deal with this".
