This is worse a Title company ever in my real estate life, if I have option to give zero star I could do. So please everyone find some others company for smooth closing.
Went with this company for title insurance per our realtor's positive history with them. We realized after several months of investigative emails with the township that our purchase is "non-conforming structure" on "non-conforming property" when we looked into building a garage. When asked why this wasn't discovered during the title search, Primary Title Agency said that their vetting process does not include how the lot is zoned.
