Communication is terrible. Calls go straight to voicemail and they don't reply to messages or texts until days later, if that.
He was contracted through Lowe's to replace my existing garage door opener and lied to Lowe's about the difficulty of the job so Lowe's cancelled my install after I purchased the opener from them. I wouldn't trust this guy to install anything
Windows were put in incorrectly and Matthew will not come back to fix them and did not get a permit for the job is what I found out today from the city.
