I am a Realtor and there is no lender I could recommend more highly than DJ Gardner. I've never had a client lose their earnest money deposit, but one came close when their selected lender revealed just before closing that he could not get the loan approved. DJ took immediate action and Primary Residential took over. They miraculously pulled off getting the loan approved and the client closed in just 10 days!
