This company is a typical mortgage company. High fees and shady sales people. Mrs. Goodperson is not so good, says one thing and rise another, typical mortgage people. Do not do business with these people.
They did A good job getting my mortgage, but after that, typical crap. I get late notices when I pay automatically through a bi-weekly program, and every year they report large escrow shortages and raise my payment. 2 years and my mortgage has gone up 15% and is too hard on finances. Now it's time to move and guess who my next mortgage won't be through.
