Poor service, we worked with Robert on a prior loan and it worked out okay. Our new loan he gave us the run around, never returned phone calls and was very sketchy throughout the entire process. We decided to go through another company which his interest rates by 1% and the process was much more pleasant. Robert didn't follow through and his staff was even worse. They need to either get out of the mortgage industry entirely or regroup.
