This is the worst finance company I've ever had to deal with. EVERY year, I've received my escrow analysis a month after my account shows an increase in monthly payment; and EVERY year, I pay the shortage on my escrow BEFORE the deadline of increased monthly payment; and EVERY year my account doesn't reflect this change for over a month so it looks like I've made a late payment.
