Waste of time and money – My experience with primary residential was a complete waste of time and money.Two months after spending $400.00 for an appraisal and three days before closing the loan we were told we had to pay for another appraisal and up to $500.00 to extend the rate that we had locked in.We have excelent credit and were assured that we would close on time.We were in no way responsible for delaying the closing only to be told three days before closing that we needed another appraisal and more money.We feel they w... read more
