Just had my mother wait for over a month for an appointment ro see Dr. Mellissa Londono and 1 day before her appointment was confirmed she was told that someone canceled her appointment. She has no clue as to why anyone would do this all she was told that the "system" canceled her appointment. WTH!! Now she has to wait 3 more weeks for an appointment 🙄 😩 Not nice!!!!
Dr Martinez and his staff are so attentive and professional. I drive a long way and it is worth it. There are plenty of doctors closer but Dr Martinez gives the patient an individual experience. He asks questions and encourages them to be asked. You do not feell like just another number or folder.
Primer check Up con el doctor y todo perfecto. Me explicó todo muy bien y un trato excelente .la señora que me sacó la sangre fue muy delicada casi ni lo sentí ( no me gustan las agujas) y las del front desk súper amigables .
The doctor was very helpful in my first checkup there. I also came it to get a sprain checked out and they took care of me and explained everything well!!
The best service and very professional, I was there a couple times for check ups , burns ,motorcycle accident follow-up and so far the best
