I do NOT recommend. I have had 2 experiences with this place and both have been negative. Miscommunication between office staff leading to the first mix-up and a complete and utter lack of compassion and understanding with the second. The receptionist was not nice or helpful. Will never go back. Find a better option!
In the course of 6 years I have had 6 appointments at Primary Pet Care...4 at the Fairlawn location and 2 at the Stow location. The appointments were primarily for well visits and vaccinations. In my experience, throughout the 6 years, the front desk, reception, employees have almost always been rude and treated customers with disdain.
