I initially removed my previous review because I wanted to simply move on after a billing dispute, but I’ve decided to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Dr. Gifford and his staff are truly amazing. I’ve brought my dog Pluto to see Dr. G since he was a puppy. He will be 5 in February. The whole team once you enter the doors to the clinic are unbelievably so welcoming. Pluto has started to have hot spots and in December of last year it got really, really bad to the point where I thought he might pass away. I brought my dog in to be laid to rest, everyone from the receptionist, techs and vet were genuinely so nice and compassionate. Thank you for your thoughtful service.
What a great experience we had in resolving Frisbee's dental problems, a cracked tooth and abscess. We were able to get him in the next day for surgery and his dental cleaning, annual shots & nail trimming. Dr Gifford & staff were extremely caring and gave us all the information for his recovery. I highly recommend this vet team for its professionalism, it's caring and affordable vet care. Thank you very much.
