We used to LOVE this pediatricians office and I referred it to everyone. However, the past few years have been awful and it’s gotten even worse with their new move. While Dr. Kinnebrew, the NPs, and nurses provide great care, the front office is awful and couldn’t care less. They never answer the phones and I mean like several days in a row, calling several times a day with no answer to make an appt. You should be able to book an appt online but everytime I have requested one, I never end up with an appt set or get a returne... read more
New place. Clean. They are pretty quick here. Doc is amazing.
I’ve had a mixed experience with my kids' pediatrician. On one hand, the nurses and the nurse practitioner are fantastic. They’re always friendly and great with the kids, making our visits much more pleasant. However, I've found it really frustrating that getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible. It seems like no one answers, which can be a big issue when you need to ask questions or make appointments. My son and I both had a very pleasant experience! In and out under 30 mins. We did go to the new location in front of the Forsyth hospital. Very clean and great doctor and NP.
