I came here to the office because my daughter had ongoing fever and I was up for 4 nights. My daughter pediatrician was unavailable so they had me with Dr. Lynn who didn’t even sound like a professional. She was trying to get rid of us and she told me to go to children hospital in Oakland and I did. I was there for 8 hours and I will never go back.For 8 hours and I just left. The doctors are okay. The front office staff and billing is the absolute worst. Top 2 reasons you should go elsewhere 1. We had a change in insurance for my kids and they absolutely refused to see them unless the new card number was presented. This despite my reassuring them and showing them proof of coverage and offering to pay cash for the visit! I asked for a supervisor who agreed to “let me pay” - where is the humanity in this!
