I do not recommend Primary PartnerCare. Used their location at Bethpage. They require a credit card upfront and will charge your card automatically as soon as your bill comes. However, they do not give you an estimated cost and choose not to submit pre-treatment billing to your insurance provider to get you an estimated cost (even though they can). If you don't have great insurance, I would think twice about using their services.
