This company is TERRIBLE! They sound so honest and professional on the phone when booking the move, but everything from there is awful. Like 1 reviewer stated, the hired help actually making the deliveries were very polite and professional. However, the way the goods were handled was awful. They ran their truck all in our new neighbors yard, for which I spent 3 hours repairing. They backed into our yard as well, creating a huge ditch. The movers were good even though they broke my Tv put they kept a good pace. the office staff was terrible after informing them my Tv was broken Anthony J***** said send pics and he'll get it to the claims department and follow up with me the following day. Mr. ***** was informed after speaking to Anthony by another personal from our office that his claim is under investigation, once the determination is determined on weather the damage was cause during the move. Mr Lewis will be contacted and arrangement will be made cover his TV under the required valuation if it was determined that our movers indeed caused the damage to his TV..
I'm military personnel, so my experience has been less than. To those of you who may want to use storage in addition to their moving. Don't! I deployed so I put all my things in storage. The rate seemed decent. They did however break a lamp while moving. No biggie. They said they'd own up to it and replace it/refund me upon return. After I return and get settled into my new home I call to have my items returned. Two males and a child show up. They move my things in. And as big ticket items return I check the boxes. We have had a very bad experience with PMS. They did not bring enough equipment or personnel to complete the move. There were broken pieces of furniture and kitchenware which were not repaired or replaced. They WILL not return calls. We may have to take this to court for resolution.
