I would like to know how hard it is to resend a claim with correct code and Dr note, before patient called 6 times and bill being sent to collections? I think I came to this place to get healthier and I left with ulcer. Thank you

Horrible customer service. the DR himself is OK, but his staff could use a HUGE ATTITUDE IMPROVEMENT. Who is bitter at 8am? Not one hello by neither the front desk nor the "nurse" who walks you to the room. The lab lady could use a class to be GENTLE with people while shes sticking needles in them. Good luck trying to call in to book an appointment or have referrals sent to you. They will say they sent them and never even asked for the email address. Avoid this facility at all cost.
