Just when I get to know my primary care doctor they leave! Seems that PM is a starting point for new drs. Until something else comes along. Not saying they aren’t good doctors, just want a long term established one.

I have never written a review for a business until today. I have tried to work with Primary Medical’s Billing department since June 2022 with no success. I went in June to establish care with a provider there. I received a bill with codes for things that were NOT done. I have tried talking with staff to get this fixed and keep encountering very rude staff. They refuse to transfer me to management where I can voice my concerns.
